Pricing/Speaker Fees
 

Mr. Collins is available and would be happy to speak at your event. His fees are $4,000 per day, or any part of a day, plus travel expenses. Comments:

2.        Mr. Collins’ calendar fills up substantially about 12 to 18 months out. Therefore if you have a date in mind, please let us know about it as soon as possible so we can pencil you in.

3.       Mr. Collins does not mind working, he would be happy to deliver two or three sessions in a day for no additional costs. Mr. Collins has numerous topics that are highly rated.

4.       Mr. Collins will be happy to bring along his 4,200 lumen projector at no additional cost to you.

5.       Mr. Collins does have a few requirements as follows:

a.       A projection screen that is at least 8 feet wide.

(This is his only picky point. Mr. Collins generally does not use PowerPoint slide shows, instead he teaches live products and the readability of the screen by your audience is best served with a screen of 8 feet wide or wider. (Please note that an 8 foot diagonal screen is not the same as an 8 foot wide screen.) Thank you.)

b.      High speed Internet access.

c.       When addressing more than 40 attendees, Mr. Collins requires a lavaliere microphone, or wireless microphone.  

6.       Cancellation Fees. We require no deposits or cancellation fees. You will be invoiced following the presentation via standard 30 day terms.

7.       Mr. Collins does not book speaking engagements on back-to back days where plane travel is involved. There is too much risk that travel issues may cause problems.

Pricing/Consulting Fees

In addition to public speaking, Mr. Collins provides a variety of consulting services including the following:

1.       Microsoft Excel Workbook Design, Review and Programming – Mr. Collins can assist you with the design and or review of an Excel Workbook. Fees are billed at the rate of $175 per hour, billed weekly.  

2.       Assistance with the evaluation and selection of an accounting system, ERP system, non-for-profit system. This work includes guidance and assistance throughout the evaluation, selection and implementation process. Mr. Collins is willing to assist you as much, or as little as needed. Fees are billed at the rate of $175 per hour, billed weekly.  

3.       Assistance with the evaluation and selection of reseller. This work includes guidance and assistance throughout the evaluation and selection of potential resellers. Mr. Collins is willing to assist you as much, or as little as needed. Fees are billed at the rate of $175 per hour, billed weekly.

4.       Technical writing – white papers, articles and research reports. Technical writing fees are based on a quoted fee with 20% due up front. The balance amount is not due until the paper has been delivered, approved and accepted by you.

5.       Technology Evaluation – Mr. Collins will review the use of technology throughout your organization and provide you a report for recommendations for better utilizing technology in your business. The review process will include interviews, the completion of checklists, and physical inspection. The review can cover any or all of the following areas:

a.       Computer and hardware review (required)

b.      Review of technology investment (required)

c.       Review of training (required)

d.      Networking review, including wireless (optional)

e.      Review of security measures (optional)

f.        Review of backup systems and procedures (optional)

g.       Review of insurance coverage (optional)

h.      Review of web sites and use of the internet (optional)

i.         Review of telephones and cellular phones (optional)

j.        Review of paperless procedures (optional)

k.       Review of remote access (optional)

Fees are based on hourly rates ranging from $125 to $350 per hour, depending upon staff used and tasks to be performed.
